# `Portals.Codec.MessagePack`

The mandatory, portable 1.0 wire codec: MessagePack core types plus the
Portals Erlang-value extensions from `Portals.TermExtensions`.

Encodes/decodes one frame envelope (`[tag | fields]`) at a time. Enforces
`max_frame_size`, `max_nesting_depth`, and `max_collection_length` from
the caller-supplied limits before allocating nested structures.
